Our Delivery Service

UK Delivery Charges

Delivery to a single UK mainland address is free for all orders over £30, £4.95 for orders under £30. This delivery charges are stated at the top of every page.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands are subject to a surcharge which depends on weight - we ask you to agree our quote before charging you.

UK Delivery Times

Usual delivery is 3/4 days of order, often earlier. If an item is out of stock (and we will ring and tell you if it is) , we will let you know when you can expect delivery. We will always give you the option of cancelling your order if an item is out of stock.

If ordering out of office hours (which are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm), please take the next office day as the start time any delivery time estimates.

We aim keep you as informed as possible about when delivery is likely to take place. Where possible we will email you about delivery days. Otherwise, we will phone.

Occasionally, the due delivery date is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee that delivery will take place on the day which we have said. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather can affect delivery schedules. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.

UK Guaranteed Delivery Days

We can offer guaranteed delivery days on some products. Please phone for a quote and details if you need this service.

Signed for Delivery Only

We prefer to deliver when the goods are signed for. We believe the "signed for only" benefits everyone as it helps to avoid theft and fraud.

In rare circumstances we make an exception to this by prior arrangement with you. However, where goods are left at your instructions without signature, then this is at your own risk

If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions for arranging re-delivery at a convenient time.

International Orders

Receiving a Delivery

Please check the contents of your delivery straight away. Whilst damage or discrepanciest are rare, please report them to us straight away. If there is obvious packaging damage, please sign for "damaged packaging" at the time of receipt.
