Q Could you offer me a trade discount on a Picnic at Ascot Bold Collapsible Insulated Basket in Apple Green?
I am interested in the Picnic at Ascot Bold Collapsible Insulated Basket in Apple Green for an event at my hotel. Could I get a special price on 20 and could you let me have a sample first, so I know whether the basket is going to work for me?
A Yes, we do give discounts for 20 baskets and of course we can let you have one basket now for you to look at closely. We would supply this at the web price but if you decide to return it, provided we receive it back in resaleable condition, we will of course refund you in full. We have had to charge for samples to commercial customers now, because unfortunately, so many samples never came back! I will get your order for one organised for you. Best wishes - Claire
